FAQs

Are your treats really all natural?

They are. Our chews are single protein and air dried, with no artificial nasties, no fillers and nothing you'd need a science degree to understand. Just wholesome bits dogs are built to enjoy.

Which chews are safe for puppies?

Most of our natural chews suit puppies from around 12 weeks, and rabbit ears are best from about four months when the adult teeth start coming through. Whatever the age, always supervise chew time and make sure fresh water's nearby. If your pup is a gulper rather than a chewer, hold the treat for them or take it away once it gets small.

How often can my dog have a chew?

Treats should make up no more than about 10 percent of your dog's daily food, so two or three chews a week is plenty for most pooches. They're a treat, not a main meal, so trim back dinner a touch on chew days if your dog is watching their waistline.

How do I choose the right collar or bandana size?

Pop a soft tape measure around your dog's neck where the collar or bandana will sit, then add roughly two fingers of room so it's snug but comfy. If you're between sizes we'd usually nudge you up rather than down. Each product page lists its own measurements too.

Is your vegan leather any good?

Very. It gives you that lovely smooth, luxe look and feel without the animal hide, and it's tough enough to stand up to daily walkies. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and it'll keep looking smart for ages.

Do your drying robes actually work?

They really do. The microfibre soaks up water and mud fast, so a good towel down or ten minutes in a robe takes your dog from soggy to snug without the wet dog whiff taking over the house.

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

We ship across the UK. Exact delivery times and costs show at checkout, and you'll get a confirmation once your order is on its way. If anything's taking longer than it should, just give us a shout.

What's your returns policy?

If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll sort it. Unused items in their original condition can be returned, though for hygiene reasons we can't take back opened treats. Nobody wants a returned rabbit ear, least of all us.

How do I get in touch?
